Jiangsu Jingjiu Microelectronics Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and is located in Jintan New Materials Technology Industrial Park, covering an area of 21,837 square meters. In 2018, Jingjiu Company applied for the project "annual production of 25,000 tons of ultra-high-purity wet microelectronic chemicals, 3,000 tons of silicone products and 3,000 tons of environmentally friendly surfactant" and obtained approval from the Changzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau in February 2018 (Chang Environmental Review No. 4). The company applied for the new construction annual recycling of 20,000 tons on November 16, 2016, and obtained the environmental impact assessment approval from the Jintan District Environmental Protection Bureau of Changzhou City on November 15, 2017.
Ultra-pure high-purity wet electronic chemicals are currently the main business of the company's research and development, production and sales of semiconductor chips, display panels, and new energy industries. The electronic-grade chemicals produced by the company are innovative products that combine electronic technology with new material technology. About 90% of domestic electronic chemicals above G4 are required to be imported. The company is committed to solving the technical problems of the industry, mainly producing ultra-high-purity electronic chemicals above G4 and above and replacing imports of formula products, and its technical advantages rank among the top in the domestic industry. The products are mainly used in wide bandgap semiconductor chips, OLED and LCD displays, and manufacturing of new energy storage smart controllers.
